In a 40-second trailer that was unveiled at The Game Awards on December 7, fans were treated to a look at these exclusive skins joining the game in collaboration with Apex x Final Fantasy , with Crypto being joined by Buster's iconic sword. It comes alive with a new shade of Apex style. Unfortunately, there were no more details about the collaboration, but the new skins look great, so we'll have to wait.
While this collaboration came as a surprise, it's understandable that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will accelerate its massive cycle as it gets closer to release. With the game coming out on February 29th, it makes sense to release it in January to get fans excited about what's to come. It goes without saying that 2024 will be an important year for Final Fantasy fans.
