According to Douglas County PUD documents, the current application fee for Schedule 1D customers is $3.54 for each kilowatt of energy consumed over 50 kilowatts. Additional demand for ivory accounts for about 10% of these customers' bills. A new shipped order will either meet the company's highest demand in the previous year or will not meet the fixed price.
