Crypto Finance Group is a trusted partner for financial institutions regulated by FINMA. Its market-leading integrated platform provides secure access to invest, manage, trade and store digital assets. Crypto Finance will provide Apex Group with an institutional infrastructure in the digital asset markets, beginning with a structured program of products backed by digital assets.
This partnership offers professional and institutional investors a secure way to launch their cryptocurrency investment products. Banks, wealth managers, family offices and other professional investors can now access secure, institutional offerings of cryptocurrency-related investment products such as exchange-traded funds (ETPs) and asset-managed certificates (AMCs). The first products from this collaboration will go on sale early in the second quarter of this year.
Apex Group will leverage Crypto Finance's digital asset infrastructure to launch structured products that complement Apex Group's management, credit, NAV reporting and other existing management services. As Apex Group will operate an independent SPV securitization business in Switzerland, this partnership will also benefit Crypto Finance and provide a solid structure with limited counterparty risk.
